Progressive distributor PG-MD
The progressive distributor of the PG-MD series is a disc distributor with 6 - 22 outlets and a delivery volume between
25 mm³
45 mm³
75 mm³
105 mm³ per cycle and outlet.
The inlet of the distributor is located at an inlet disc, the outlets at the following distributor discs. The pressure channels are sealed by elastic seals (plates). Downstream of the last distributor disc is an end disc. All discs are connected to each other by two tie rods. These close off the manifold structure. The volume flow supplied via a pipe is forcibly distributed in a predetermined ratio to the outlets, i.e. to the lubrication points or to downstream progressive distributors. Pistons working in series meter the lubricant for two opposite outlets each and control the function of the adjacent piston. Thus, the function of the disc distributor can be controlled by monitoring any piston with the aid of a cycle indicator or piston detector.
Technical data:
Inlet pressure = max. 350 bar
Temperature range = -15⁰ to + 80⁰C
Lubricant = Oil - Viscous oil - Grease
Inlet = M10 x 1
Outlet = M10 x 1
Explanations for mailing list creation:
Here is a distributor with 5 disks and 10 outputs
Selection of the outputs see information in the drawing on the right and left, freely selectable as required
1st disc after the entrance as follows:
1T= 2 x 25 mm³ means that 25 mm³ of grease is pushed out on the right and left at the outlet
1S = 1 x 50 mm³ means push out 50 mm³ of grease on the right or left at the outlet, other side closed
2nd disc after the entrance as follows:
4T = 2 x 105 mm³ means 105 mm³ of grease is pushed out on the right and left at the outlet
4S = 1 x 210 mm³ means push out 210 mm³ of grease on the right or left at the outlet, other side closed
